Safety
No matter what corps you're a part of, safety is always priority number one.
REMEMBER:

Safety is common sense. If something doesn't seem safe, it probably isn't.

If you see someone being unsafe, stop them!

Wear safety glasses/goggles when working in the shop, on the robot, around safety signs, with power tools, and while shearing, cutting, filing, and tapping.

If you are unsure whether or not you should wear safety glasses/goggles, wear them just in case.
Safety Mission Statement
The goal of FIRST is to excite and inspire students about science and technology. The main purpose of FRC Team 93: NEW Apple Corps' Safety Program is to create and maintain the safest environment possible not only during build season and competitions, but also during both pre-season and post-season. In addition, we strive to create a competitive Safety Program that is considered to be among the top three Safety Programs at Regional and National competitions, to leave behind a Safety Program and a Team Safety Attitude for years to come, and to ensure that is everyone is having fun while fulfilling these important roles.
